Stockpair is a design desk for launching a coin whose bonding curve is quoted in a tokenized stock instead of SOL. Pick the stock, shape the curve, see where the locked pool puts the floor, and print the launch card.

The shelf

Every stock token here is read live from Jupiter: on-chain price, the underlying share price it tracks, the gap between them, pool liquidity and holders. Pick one to make it the quote asset for everything below.

03

Token versus tape

A stock token trades all week; the share it tracks trades five sessions a week. The gap between the on-chain price and the last share price is the basis. It widens when the exchange is shut and news lands anyway.

A curve quoted in shares

A constant-product bonding curve with virtual reserves, where the reserve asset is the stock token you picked. Every number is computed in your browser from the live price of that stock token. Simulation only.

The pool nobody can pull

At graduation the curve's reserves seed an AMM pool, and the LP tokens are burned. With no LP token left, nobody can withdraw, so there is always a bid. Here is exactly how low that bid can go, from your curve settings.

06

Fees, paid in the stock

Fees are collected in the quote asset, so holders are paid in shares of the stock, not in more of the coin. Set a volume and a split to see what one wallet receives. Model; set your own numbers.

Read the stock token on chain

Stock tokens are Token-2022 mints with issuer controls. Before you pair a coin with one, read its mint account straight from Solana and see which controls exist and what they would mean for your pool.

Launch card

A poster-style announcement card, drawn on a canvas in your browser with the live pair price, exported as a 1200 × 630 PNG. Nothing is uploaded.

Four moves

  1. PairChoose the stock token your coin trades against. Its price and controls set the stage.
  2. ShapeSet supply, start and graduation caps. The curve tells you how many shares it takes to finish.
  3. GraduateReserves move into a pool and the LP is burned. The floor is fixed by maths, not promises.
  4. ShareFees arrive in the stock token and flow to holders by your split.

Questions.

Does Stockpair launch coins?

No. Stockpair is a design and analysis site. It reads public data and computes in your browser. It does not mint, trade, custody or sign anything, and it never asks for a wallet.

Where do the stock-token prices come from?

From Jupiter's public token and price APIs, which report each token's on-chain price and, for stock tokens, the reference share price it tracks. Mint details are read from Solana through this site's read-only RPC route.

Is a stock token the same as owning the share?

Not necessarily. Rights depend on the issuer and your jurisdiction. Stock tokens carry issuer controls (pause, permanent delegate and others), which section 07 reads directly from the mint so you can judge them.

Why quote a coin in a stock token at all?

The coin's reserve then holds a real-world asset. Holders' fee income arrives as shares of that asset, and the coin's dollar value moves with the stock as well as with its own demand. Section 04 shows that double exposure.

Which numbers are models?

The curve simulator, the locked-pool floor, the fee split and the card are computations on your inputs plus the live quote price. Shelf prices, underlying prices, basis, liquidity, holders and mint data are live.

Why is the basis sometimes large?

When the US exchange is closed the reference price stands still while the token keeps trading. Thin pools, issuer mint and redeem cycles and corporate actions can widen it too.
